Evaluation of endogenous intoxication indicators in the dynamics of experimental periodontitis and immobilization stress

The aim of our work was to investigate the peculiarities changes in endogenous intoxication rates: medium mass molecules (MMM) and erythrocyte index (EII) blood guinea pigs formation combined pathology - experimental periodontitis (EP) immobilization stress (IS).The results biochemical studies showed that at all stages development there is a consistent increase degree intoxication, which dominated on 15th day experiment, namely increased content (МMМ254 , MMM280) EII by 58.5% (p≤0.05), 80.3% (p≤0.05) 95.7% respectively, compared with first group animals clear manifestation intoxication. These are obviously result insufficient elimination toxic products background inflammatory process periodontal tissues stress.
